Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please email us at italyonwheelsuk@outlook.com at least 30 days in advance. Event bookings are confirmed only once payment of either the full amount or the agreed deposit is received. A deposit of 50% of the total price shall be paid prior to the event. The remaining balance shall be paid in full, without any deductions, on the day of the event.
